Jyl

Jyl’s maternity session was the last shoot I got to do right before Covid shut the world down for almost two months and I could no longer shoot during that time. I realize now as we are slowly getting back to normal (at least in North Florida) that it’s easy to take small things for granted, like doing what you love and setting foot on our beautiful Florida beaches. To say I am SO grateful to be back doing what I love (and in full swing at that)

Since these photos were taken back in March, they have welcomed sweet Daisy Mae into this world and even though we didn’t get to do her birth story as planned because of Covid and hospital restrictions (I was so so sad for Jyl about this and she was seriously so amazing considering these circumstances nobody could predict or control. We made the best of it!) We still got to do a “welcome home” session of her coming home and meeting her brothers for the first time. Followed by her newborn session as planned. I can’t wait to share those with you soon!
